Indian Teen Tennis Sensation Sania Mirza!
Sania Mirza was born in 1986 in the Indian city Mumbai (old name Bombay). She lives with her parents and sister in a South Indian city Hydrabad.
Sania started tennis at the age of 6 and reached new heights - no Indian girl can ever imagined of.
She become the first ever Indian to win a WTA title in 2005 at Hydrabad Open, followed by 3rd round clash with Serena Williams in the Australian Open Tennis Tournament.
She become the first Indian woman to break into the top 100 in WTA tournament.
After her first round exit from the French Open - Sania made it upto third round Center Court clash at Wimbledon 2005.
As the best part of her life Sania set a unsuccessful US Open Quarter finals clash with Russian Tennis beauty and then World number 1, Maria Sharapova.
Still long way to go, no doubt, Sania Mirza is the symbol of Asian Tennis.
